The story
“New Hope” was inspired by the remarkable story of Katherine Crawford White. Katherine has lost 88 pounds and was able to say goodbye to her blood-pressure medication, atorvastatin, and metformin.
But Katherine’s role in this project goes even deeper.
She was the inspiration—and the catalyst—that started it all.
It began with a simple little jingle she had written and would sing each morning:

That one line planted a seed. Today, that seed has grown into an entire musical testimony collection.

I found it in the natural section Buried in black and white Not a prescription bottle But something changing lives.
Two plants from the earth No chemicals dressed in disguise Helping bodies heal again Right before my eyes.
They said, “Look it up for yourself.” So I started reading deep. Every medication I was taking Every warning they don’t speak.
And I saw the word “Metformin” With risks I never knew Long-term damage to the kidneys. Lord, what was I supposed to do?
I had a feeling something bad Was somewhere down the line. Couldn’t explain it to nobody But that fear stayed on my mind.
No doctor ever told me. No note inside my chart. But women know that intuition When trouble’s in the dark.
Now I’m breathing with new hope And sleeping through the night. I don’t have that feeling now Something finally feels right.
They said these plants were proven, Backed by studies, not by chance In the Physician’s Desk Reference Right beside the pharmaceutical brands.
But this wasn’t masking symptoms. Wasn’t covering up the pain. It was helping my body heal itself And I started living again.
So many people walking scared Trusting everything they’re told Never reading all the fine print Never questioning control.
But sometimes your spirit warns you Before the storm arrives And sometimes healing finds you Before disaster strikes.
I had a feeling something bad Was somewhere down the line. Couldn’t explain it to nobody But that fear stayed on my mind.

I used to carry worry Like a weight I couldn’t hide But healing changed the road ahead And peace moved back inside.
No, I don’t know what was coming But I know what changed my life And I don’t have that feeling now… No… I finally feel alright.
